We want to start with our current updates and where we are in terms of development for MaticPad.
When we started MaticPad, we were flourished with community support and continue to receive that till today. We aim to change how IDOs are done and have been developing in the same direction so our platform can see the light of the day.
Despite the Polygon network issues on the launch day, MaticPad had a grand opening with 30x on the first day of listing and we quickly delivered on our words. MaticPad launched the native cross-chain bridge over Polygon<>Ethereum and we became the first-ever launchpad in the Polygon ecosystem to do so, which was to be followed by Tiers, Uniswap listing, and all were met in due time.
One of the major launches that our development team had been working on is the “Dual Staking” Platform integrated with a cross-chain bridge, which allows users to stake their tokens on the platform on the Polygon chain and along with that be able to participate in IDO pools. Our contracts are ready and so is UI, at present, we are solving some bugs that the team is facing while fetching the data over the Polygon network properly to be able to integrate “Dual Staking”. Unfortunately, until we see a stable network condition and a seamlessly working platform, we won’t be able to host any services on the platform till further notice.
What about the IDOs? When are they launching?
All the IDOs have been postponed (including PolyTAG and DegenPad) until the platform goes live. The first IDO will be 5 days after staking goes live.
How do we plan to compensate our community for this delay?
To compensate for the delay in time, we will offer extra rewards during the staking as an airdrop to all the holders.
A total of 1 million $MATPAD tokens among all the holders in a variable ratio that will be equal to the tokens they hold during the snapshot.
Here is the formula for the rewards a user may be eligible for : ((tokens in a wallet)/(total tokens during the snapshot))*1000000
Eg. If the user holds 1000 MATPAD and during the snapshot, 1000000 total tokens entered the pool. then you would be eligible to receive 1000 MATPAD in the airdrop
Snapshot will start from tomorrow 15th July 2021 00:01 UTC and will continue until the platform goes live.
